Cancellation Policy

If for any reason I am unable to attend your wedding that I have been booked to play for, I will do everything possible to find another wedding pianist for you. If this is not possible, or if you are not happy with this procedure then I will refund all monies already been paid to me in full.

If for any reason you cancel your wedding after a deposit for my services has been paid then this payment is non-refundable.

If for any reason you cancel your wedding after the full amount for my services has been paid (i.e. at 2 weeks prior to your wedding as per contract) then this payment is non-refundable.

If for any reason the venue at which I have been booked to play cancels your wedding after a deposit for my services has been paid then I will agree to perform at any alternative venue on the same date, providing the alternative venue is within 50 miles of the original venue. If no other venue can be arranged on the same date then the deposit that has been paid to me is non-refundable.

Due to the current situation with the coronavirus:

If you are in the position whereby you have to postpone your wedding for a later date, then – providing I am also available on the re-arranged date – I will perform for your postponed wedding at no additional cost. If I am not available to play on the re-arranged date then any deposits that have already been paid for my services are non-refundable. Any additional payments or balances that have been cleared (deposits not included) however will be refunded.
